• Analysis of existing invoice dispute processes in the public sector
• Optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, taking into account specific requirements of the public sector
• Consulting on the implementation of efficient process structures in accounting
• Identification of potential improvements in the processing of complaints
• Start: from 22.01.2027
• Duration: Minimum contract duration 1 year, 3-time extension option by one year each
• Binding period: 22.04.2026
• Number of PT: approx. 180 PT per contract year (minimum duration 1 year with 3-time extension option by one year each)
• Remote/Onsite share: approx. 165 PT Remote, approx. 15 PT Onsite (Stuttgart)
• Surcharge and evaluation criteria: Quality 40% / Price 60%
• Language: German C1
