IT Analyst / Solution Architect [Telco]

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst / Solution Architect for an interesting telecommunications project to join our TITANS freelancers team.

Project requirements

• analysis of the existing telco IT environment, applications, and integration interfaces connected to existing prepaid / postpaid platforms
• analysis of existing provisioning processes, real-time operations, and legacy logic
• design of the target integration and provisioning architecture for the new charging system
• design of the replacement of existing interfaces with new APIs/services provided by the new charging system
• assessment of options for decommissioning legacy systems or their parts intended for provisioning or real-time processing or PCC
• identification of necessary changes in existing applications, technical dependencies, and risk assessment in connection with parallel technical projects
• technical consultations with internal teams, architects, and external suppliers
• preparation of technical documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE), specifications and materials for further project phases
• possible cooperation in REMOTE mode (in-person meeting by agreement once a week on-site is preferred)
• min. 5 years of IT experience, including 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst and/or Solution Architect
• experience with:
• telco IT environment, BSS/OSS, charging solutions, billing and provisioning systems
• analysis of legacy systems, implemented business/provisioning logic (e.g., in PL/SQL code)
• designing system integrations and analyzing REST APIs
• integration of enterprise solutions from global telco solution providers
• creating technical specifications and integration documentation
• ability to independently analyze existing solutions and design target architecture
• excellent communication skills
• written and oral
• analytical thinking, independence
• fluent knowledge of Slovak and/or Czech language (spoken and written)
• knowledge of English language at a communicative level (min. B2)
