- Gathering, analyzing, and managing functional requirements in the HR and Payroll environment
- Translating requirements into technical specifications and implementation concepts
- Managing and coordinating the migration from a productive payroll solution to the target environment
- Ensuring stable operation throughout the entire transition phase
- Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing business processes and data flows
- Supporting and further developing technical interfaces to adjacent applications
- Consulting on data migrations, including data validation and quality assurance
- Creating and maintaining reports, key figures, and dashboards, as well as analyzing database structures
- Designing and optimizing data-based evaluations with Microsoft Power BI
- Planning and coordinating testing activities, business department acceptances, and go-live processes
- Interface management between HR departments, IT, and external solution providers

- Several years of experience in IT requirements management, IT project management, or business analysis
- Demonstrable expertise in the area of HR and Payroll systems and their functional processes
- Know-how in analyzing and optimizing business processes, as well as in creating functional and technical specifications
- Practical knowledge in interface management, especially in handling APIs and data import/export processes
- Proficient in handling relational databases and practical experience with SQL
- Competence in reporting and business intelligence, preferably with Microsoft Power BI
- Understanding of data models, data preparation, data analysis, and data quality
- Experienced in conducting and consulting on data migration and transformation projects
