Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the overall solution architecture with a focus on processes, data, and integration
• Moderation during the introduction of new modules and adaptation of existing processes
• Questioning the Workday configuration of internal and external service providers
• Conception of Workday interfaces to external systems, which will be implemented by partners
• Joint configuration of Workday within the team
• Creation of process and system representations
• Evaluation of solution scenarios and creation of decision proposals

• Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Extensive experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Expenses, Absence as well as knowledge of SAP HCM, SHAPEiN Connectivity Solution, Miro, Confluence, and Jira
• Demonstrable experience from comparable Workday projects
• Hands-on mentality for Workday configuration
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German language skills
