Skill: Consultant (m/f/d) HR transformation, based and ensured on Workday implementation

· Workday consultant with strong Project Management skills and references - KO-criteria

· Been through one or multiple Workday implementation (potentially also a carve out of company running on Workday)

· Consulting skills (develop HR technology strategies, transformation approach, develop recommendation for a steerco, etc.)

· Technical skills ( e.g. Workday set-up, Deep insights into data migration, integration management, etc)

· Experience HR environment: >= 10 years

· Project language english

• global client preparing a large HR transformation
• includes a big HR technology transformation of the clients Workday set-up and several other key elements as well (organization, etc.)
• workstream lead role for the HR technology (Workday) transformation has to be staffed for the external service provider
• Work will be done virtually remotely for the most part, team ist based in Germany and Denmark

Responsibilities

· Design and customizing Workday and ensure project magament for successful implementation

· Translate HR operating model and strategy into technology needs, requirements and build a future-state HR architecture Zielarchitektur based on Workday

· Important! Consulting and project management based onbeeing through one or multiple Workday implementation (potentially also a carve out of company running on Workday)

· Provide consulting skills (develop HR technology strategies, transformation approach, develop recommendation for a steerco, etc.)

· Provide technical skills ( e.g. Workday set-up, Deep insights into data migration, integration management, etc)

· Project manage and lead a workstream of 3 (project planning, issue resolution, delegate and coach, advise junior resources, etc)
