IT Consultant Atlassian (m/f/d) Location: Germany (Remote / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000

Required Background

Technical Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise application delivery
• Experience working with Atlassian products and supporting business-critical collaboration platforms
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or end-user enablement activities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level or higher, written and spoken)
• Administration and configuration of Atlassian products, including:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Requirements analysis and solution design
• Installation, integration, and configuration of enterprise software solutions
• Cloud migration planning and execution
• Process automation and optimisation
• IT systems integration and application support
• Knowledge of modern cloud-based project, service, and knowledge management platforms
• Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
