- Analysis and development of quarterly reporting according to guidelines with a given dataset
- Development of external requirements according to process specifications
- Documentation and creation of process flows
- Analysis and development of sub-processes within the tool landscape (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Creation of delivery packages for the relevant system environment
- Documentation of technical implementation of processes
- Analysis of existing process landscapes and organizational structures
- Development, documentation, and optimization of target processes
- Creation of functional concepts, process models, and implementation documentation
- Development of role and responsibility models

- Must-Have: Professional experience in process management, process development, or process implementation in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environment.
- Proof by: Experience level in years
- Intermediate (> 3 years experience)
- Must-Have: Proven participation in at least two projects within the last five years for the creation, further development, or implementation of processes and organizational structures in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environment.
- Must-Have: Proven experience in analyzing existing process landscapes and in developing and standardizing target processes across the entire lifecycle of technical platforms and technologies.
- Must-Have: Proven experience in the functional implementation of processes in ServiceNow, including the development of functional requirements and support for tool mapping.
- Must-Have: Proven experience in creating functional concepts, process models, role models, interface descriptions, and implementation documentation.
- Experience in the analysis and further development of cross-organizational operational, service, and support processes.
- Weighting: 25%
- Experience in process modeling and workflow design using BPMN, UML, Visio, or comparable standards.
- Experience in creating KPI, SLA, reporting, or governance concepts.
- Experience in regulated environments or critical infrastructures, particularly telecommunications, rail, energy, or comparable industries.
