Project overview
Agile PO Support & Project Coordination
- End-to-End QA Management & ATF: You manage the entire QA lifecycle (planning, defect management, reporting) and drive the expansion of automated testing processes via Automated Test Framework (ATF) significantly.
- Release & Upgrade Management: Independent risk and impact analysis for platform upgrades (e.g., release and regression tests) for uninterrupted, high-performance operation.
- QA Focus (Knowledge & AI Search): You ensure the quality of knowledge-based modules – including content structures, AI search relevance, and user journeys in the Employee Center.
- Shift-Left QA & Requirements Analysis: You integrate QA early and critically review user stories for feasibility, testability, and completeness even before development starts.
- Right Hand of the PO: You support the Product Owner in professional backlog maintenance, the creation and refinement of user stories, and the definition of crystal-clear acceptance criteria.
- Drive Agile Approach: You embody agile principles (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) in daily project work, structure work packages, moderate meetings, and ensure smooth interface communication between business departments, development, and IT project management.
