IT Controller for IT Service and Provider Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Controller to support IT controlling as well as the management of IT services and external service providers in a regulated environment within the healthcare sector.

Your responsibilities include performing IT controlling and budget monitoring, analyzing and managing IT costs and performance, and establishing and further developing reporting structures. You will monitor IT services, coordinate and manage external service providers, and support contract and performance controlling. Furthermore, you will conduct coordination with business departments and IT and participate in the optimization of processes and structures.

For this position, you bring several years of experience in IT controlling or IT service management. Experience in dealing with external service providers and providers is required. Knowledge in IT controlling (budget, forecast, KPI), IT service management (e.g., ITIL), and vendor management is essential. You have experience with reporting tools and MS Office, especially Excel, as well as a solid understanding of IT processes and organizations. Stakeholder management experience is advantageous. Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable. Very good German language skills (C1/C2) are required.

The position is designed to be predominantly remote with occasional on-site assignments. The role is for part-time or full-time employment for a period of 6-12 months with an option for extension. A short-term start is possible by arrangement.
