• Conducting holistic IT due diligence and inventory of the existing IT landscape
• Analysis and evaluation of ERP systems, data structures, and MES/shop floor and OT integration
• Identification of IT and cybersecurity risks, especially in the production environment
• Development of an IT roadmap for harmonizing IT and ERP landscapes
• Evaluation of optimization potential regarding data transparency, production costs, and standard costing
• Preparation of results and recommendations for the CFO and management
• Optional: Strategic support for the subsequent IT transformation
• Several years of experience in IT Due Diligence, IT Assessments, or IT Strategy Consulting
• Sound project experience in manufacturing SMEs / Manufacturing
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems and ERP harmonization projects
• Experience with MES, shop floor integration, and Operational Technology (OT)
• Understanding of IT/OT Cybersecurity and industrial IT risks
• Experience in developing strategic IT roadmaps and transformation concepts
• Ideally, experience in the private equity, M&A, or investor environment
• Demonstrable reference projects in the industrial SME sector
• Languages: German (fluent), English (advantageous)
