Start of mission: ASAP

• Develop detailed project plans for initiatives requiring infrastructure evolution (schedule, budget, resources…)
• Pace infrastructure-related activities and update the schedule
• Cost estimation of activities
• Technical management of the infrastructure component
• Supervise and manage all technical deliverables related to infrastructure for each project in collaboration with affiliated teams (operational/installation file, architecture documents, workload table, project backlog, project schedule, technical test reports…)
• Knowledge capitalization
• Coordinate and supervise the infrastructure BUILD activities related to the project via ServiceNow tickets
• Track and validate the activities of technical teams from the design phase to closure
• Ensure the completeness of project deliverables related to infrastructure on an ongoing basis
• Clearly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate key information. (Head of the IT Coordination Unit CDZT, COPROJ for digital projects)
• Ensure fluid and effective communication with the digital project manager, architects, and involved technical teams.
• Participation in certain digital milestones and/or project instances (kick-off, design review, realization review, qualification review, Technical Assessment and Security Committee, validation of proper execution, validation of regular service, transfer review, and closure).
• Project management and team coordination
• In-depth knowledge of IT development cycles (V-cycle)
• IT infrastructure expertise
• Communication and reporting
• IT coordination project tools (Planisware, ServiceNow, Office Suite, advanced Excel expertise, Visio)
• Specialized knowledge (security, Cloud, datacenter, operating systems, virtualization…)
• Adaptability to IS components (ability to manage unknown technologies)
• Technical competence in operating systems (Linux, Windows, AIX)
• Both candidates must also possess the following personal qualities:
