- Structuring and processing existing backlogs and open IT topics
- Processing end-of-life topics and existing risk treatment plans

- Structuring existing processes and translating requirements into practice
- Knowledge transfer and technical onboarding of new internal employees
- Support in establishing clearly defined responsibilities in operations management
- Experience in IT operations management in a banking or savings bank environment
- Sound knowledge of savings bank-specific IT structures and processes
- Practical experience in the Finanz Informatik (FI) environment
- Experience in structuring and operationally processing existing IT backlogs
- Experience with end-of-life topics, risk treatment plans, and IT operations standards
- Experience in translating functional specifications into practical operational processes
