Project overview
Scope of Services:
- Development and maintenance of an OT Security Roadmap for various countries
- Performance of security risk assessments for applications, infrastructure, and suppliers
- Consultation on compliance with the Information Security Target Model (ISTM) and other security standards
- Monitoring of security KPIs and creation of reports for management
- Derivation of recommendations for continuous improvement of processes, controls, and technologies in the security area
