Service description: For a strategic IT Security program, an experienced PMO employee is sought to support the program management in planning, control, reporting, and governance. The role ensures transparency on progress, risks, measures, and management decisions and provides professional organizational support for the overall program.

• Maintenance and consolidation of the program plan
• Tracking of measures, work packages, and milestones
• Preparation of status reports and management documents
• Deadline and task tracking across multiple sub-projects
• Support in prioritizing measures Reporting and Governance
• Creation of regular program reports for management, steering committees, and executive boards
• Maintenance of risk, measure, decision, and escalation lists
• Preparation of KPI, progress, and maturity level information
• Ensuring consistent program documentation Organization and Communication
• Organization of workshops, regular meetings, and steering groups
• Creation of minutes, decision documentation, and management presentations
• Following up on open points and resolutions
• Support in communication within the program
• At least 3 years of experience in PMO or project management environment
• Experience in supporting larger IT or transformation programs
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially:
• Experience in reporting for management and steering committees
• Structured preparation of complex issues
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Experience in IT Security, infrastructure, or cloud projects
• Experience in corporate or large company structures
• Knowledge of common project management methods (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Hybrid)
• Knowledge of common security topics (e.g., PAM, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, SOC)
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, DORA)
• High initiative and reliability
• Strong organizational skills
• Structured and precise way of working
• Confident in dealing with management stakeholders
• Resilient and strong communication skills
• Ability to track multiple topics in parallel
• High service orientation towards program management and sub-project managers
