Service description: The program is responsible for modernizing and harmonizing the application landscape as well as introducing strategic target platforms and global solutions.

Within the scope of the Bordereau Tooling sub-initiative, the selection of a new Bordereau Management solution has been completed. An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought for the implementation and international rollout.

The role will involve the leadership and operational management of the Bordereau Tooling initiative, including the coordination of central business and IT units, IT Operations, international locations, and internal and external stakeholders.

A particular focus will be on structured stakeholder, communication, and information management, as well as the transparent management and tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and rollout activities.

• Several years of demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex international implementation and rollout projects
• Demonstrable experience in planning and managing rollouts across multiple countries or international locations
• Experience in complex transformation programs with a multitude of business and IT stakeholders
• Extensive experience in stakeholder, communication, and information management
• Experience in project planning, project controlling, risk and dependency management, and management reporting
• Profound experience in the insurance sector, preferably industrial and specialty insurance
• Experience in the Delegated Authority business
• Knowledge and practical experience in Bordereau Management
• Knowledge of TPA management or collaboration with Third Party Administrators
• Experience working with international and intercultural teams
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills in an international and intercultural environment
• Very strong stakeholder and information management skills
• Ability to prepare complex issues in a structured, concise, and audience-appropriate manner for different target groups
