Es wird ein erfahrener Senior Power BI Entwickler gesucht: Service Description To support the design and implementation of reporting solutions, an experienced Power BI Frontend Developer is required. The resource will be responsible for developing intuitive and scalable reporting applications, building semantic models, designing dashboards and visualizations, and implementing standardized reporting solutions for Specialty business users. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Snowflake, semantic modelling, and the translation of business requirements into user-friendly reporting products. Tasks

• Contribute to the development of a centralized reporting architecture and semantic model strategy
• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical applications
• Build and optimize semantic models for reporting and analytics
• Integrate reporting solutions with Snowflake data models
• Develop reusable reporting templates and dashboard components
• Create operational and portfolio steering views for Specialty business users
• Design interactive visualizations and drill-down capabilities
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
• Support implementation of role-based access concepts and report security
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders
• Support testing, defect resolution, and User Acceptance Testing activities
• Develop pilot reporting solutions for selected Steering Units
• Advanced Power BI development experience

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake
• Experience designing enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions
• Advanced SQL skills
• Data visualization and dashboard design expertise
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into reporting solutions
• Experience working in agile project environments

• Experience with Underwriting and Portfolio Steering reporting
• Experience with performance optimization of large Power BI datasets
• Knowledge of Data Governance concepts
• Previous experience within HDI or a comparable insurance organization
