We are looking for an experienced IT Production Operations and Monitoring Engineer/Technician. The objective is to strengthen the RUN team to ensure environment supervision, alert processing, and production incident management.
Missions

Working Conditions
- Ensure IT environment supervision
- Process alerts and qualify incidents
- Manage N2/N3 production incidents
- Analyze logs to diagnose problems
- Document RUN procedures
- Support the RUN team on a daily basis
- Windows Server and Linux environments
- Monitoring tools: Centreon, Dynatrace, PagerDuty or equivalents
- PowerShell, Shell/Bash
- Jira/ITSM
- Ansible (a plus)
- Location: Tremblay-en-France
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Start date and duration: To be confirmed
- On-site / remote work: To be specified

- Daily rate: €450
