• Structure, plan, and lead a cross-functional IT modernisation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate multiple IT workstreams across infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, software development, networks, hosting, and IT operations.
• Oversee project governance, planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgets, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, senior management, and external service providers.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum in a complex, high-pressure environment.
• Ensure that project activities meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and business expectations.
• 10+ years of significant professional experience in IT project management, program management, or IT transformation leadership.
• Proven experience in the media and public service sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and lead complex, multidisciplinary programs involving multiple technical domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations, competing priorities, and complex delivery challenges.
• Broad, cross-functional knowledge of information systems, covering:
• IT infrastructure, networks, and hosting
• Cloud platforms and services
• Data management, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence
• Cybersecurity and IT risk management
• IT operations and service management
• Software development and application environments

Paris, France (3 days onsite per week)

12-month contract + possible extension

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate a strategic, cross-functional program focused on modernising the client information systems. You will be responsible for structuring the program, overseeing complex IT initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery priorities. This role requires a broad understanding of enterprise IT environments, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
