Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• The main area we are looking for is an end to end IT Project Manager
• Proven IT Project Manager with experience delivering several full-cycle projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across business, IT and suppliers.
• Excellent planning, reporting and communication skills, including fluent English.
• Ability to manage parallel workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
• Understanding of item management, enterprise systems, interfaces and classification standards; PLM and SAP material master knowledge are advantageous.
• Lead IT delivery alongside the Business Project Manager, aligning stakeholders and suppliers.
• Plan project phases and IT work packages with team leads, coordinating requirements, system connections and rollout activities.
• Manage the schedule, budget, costs, risks, issues, decisions and project documentation.
• Oversee testing, training, cutover and handover to IT operations.
• Apply the required project methodology and quality gates, report progress and facilitate steering meetings.
