Scope of Services
- Management of complex transformation, digitalization, and implementation projects in the IT environment
- Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring of scope, deadlines, budget, and quality, including risk and opportunity management
- Preparation of management decisions, creation of project reports and presentations for committees
- Ensuring compliance with and further development of project management standards, methods, and best practices
