Project overview

Dear Freelancers,

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) E-Commerce for a client for the following project:

Responsibilities

• Management of strategic and operational E-Commerce projects from the initial idea to successful go-live
• Responsibility for exciting IT projects related to our shop, ERP, PIM, CRM, payment, and marketplace solutions
• Holistic management of projects regarding quality, resources, budgets, risks, timings, and stakeholders
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of process and system optimizations with a focus on our E-Commerce and business applications
• Creation of well-founded decision proposals and coordination with relevant stakeholders up to management level
• Together with departments such as E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and Logistics, you will develop future-proof solutions
• Functional leadership of project teams and promotion of successful, team-oriented collaboration
• Establishment and further development of efficient portfolio management for our project landscape

• Experience in project and portfolio management, ideally in the E-Commerce or Omnichannel environment
• Know-how in the interplay of shop systems with ERP, PIM, CRM, OMS, payment, or marketing technologies
• Certifications such as GPM/IPMA, PMI, or PRINCE2 are a plus, but not a must
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills and enjoyment of working with different teams
• A current CV
