IT Project Manager / Project Lead – Transformation, Business Analysis & Test Management

Responsibilities

Your Competencies:

• Independent leadership of cross-departmental projects and coordination of the resulting activities
• Coordination of business and technical requirements from various stakeholders (internal, HQ, OEMs, trade)
• Responsibility for coordinating all activities with the affected business units during the implementation of new projects, especially with IT, external service providers, and possibly other companies in the group and the corporate headquarters
• Project planning and control, as well as coordination of User Acceptance Tests
• Creation of process and system descriptions
• Control of project success through regular project documentation, budget tracking, resource planning, and forecasting
• Ensuring knowledge transfer within the project and beyond (stakeholders, RCI internal)
• Preparation of results, project statuses, milestones, and decision proposals, as well as their presentation to various target groups
• Independent organization and execution of regular project steering committee meetings (preparation, moderation, recording of results)
• A completed degree in economics or a technical field, and ideally additional qualifications in project management
• Demonstrable professional experience as a project manager in cross-functional projects, IT projects, or transformation projects, as well as experience in requirements management
• Familiarity with agile project management methods, ideally with project management certification
• An agile mindset, flexibility, and resilience, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate the environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Fluent German and English skills

Nice to have

• Experience in the introduction or integration of an external provider for authorization and digital signature
• Experience with digital identification, authorization, and signature processes
• Experience with provider changes, migrations, release changes, or technical platform changes
• Experience in the banking, leasing, automotive, or financial services environment
• Knowledge or practical experience with QuickSign
• Ideally, experience with a QuickSign conversion or migration to version V5
