IT Project Support Financial Services (Freelancer)

Project overview

For several strategic IT projects, we are looking for experienced freelance IT project resources to support our clients in the implementation, further development, and migration of central business applications in the financial services sector.

The projects focus on the following areas: implementation and further development of document management systems, working with specialized leasing platforms, as well as ERP and finance solutions. A focus is also placed on migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Functional and technical participation in IT projects
• Support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of business applications
• Analysis of business processes and derivation of technical requirements
• Support for system migrations and replacements
• Coordination between business departments, IT, and external service providers
• Documentation, testing, and go-live support

Requirements

Framework conditions:

• Several years of project experience as an IT freelancer, consultant, or developer
• Sound knowledge in at least one of the relevant systems
• Experience in the financial, leasing, or ERP environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of system migrations and integration projects is desirable
• Structured, independent way of working
• Very good German language skills
• Long-term, plannable projects
• Flexible utilization models (part-time to full-time)
• Predominantly remote, possibly occasional on-site appointments
• Attractive daily rates based on qualification
