Responsibilities

• Advising users on client hardware, mobile devices, and multifunction devices
• Recording and clarifying hardware requirements
• Creating, processing, and monitoring tickets in the ITSM system OTRS
• Researching and selecting suitable IT hardware
• Maintaining asset, location, and user data in the asset management system Spider
• Supporting warehouse management, inventory, and transport
• Participating in workflow optimization and creating documentation and evaluations

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of client hardware, mobile devices, and multifunction devices
• Very good MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of working with ITSM systems, ideally OTRS
• Practical experience in IT asset management, ideally with Spider
• ITIL Foundation certification (version 3 or higher)
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and structured way of working
