Project overview

For a comprehensive IT transformation project, we are looking for an experienced expert in operational IT security management. As a freelancer, you will contribute to the implementation and further development of IT security processes and play a significant role in operationalizing security management.

Your tasks include the operational implementation of security specifications, the translation of existing IT security requirements into practical processes, and the implementation and further development of necessary security processes. You will structure and process existing backlogs in IT security management, support security-related deployment procedures, and conduct a professional review of risk and security topics. Furthermore, you will provide knowledge transfer and support the onboarding of new employees.

For this position, you bring extensive experience in operational IT security management within the financial sector. You have sound knowledge of industry-specific IT and security structures as well as practical experience in financial IT. Your expertise in the operational implementation of security specifications, the implementation of IT security processes, and the structured processing of security and risk topics is proven.

The assignment will take place at the Regensburg site with remote possibilities. You will start as soon as possible and make a direct professional contribution to a significant transformation project. Your work will relieve existing resources of operational tasks and contribute significantly to strengthening the IT security infrastructure.
