IT Security Manager for Building an ISMS

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement security strategy & policies, including building and maintaining an ISMS

· Manage Cyber, IT, and Cloud Security: Threat analysis with the help of the established SOC,

· Risk Management & Cyber Intelligence: Identify, assess risks, and prioritize measures

· Responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM), including machine identities and Zero Trust approaches

· Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with NIS2, TISAX, ISO?2700x, GDPR, KRITIS, or industry-specific requirements

· Incident Response: Define and lead processes for detection, containment, and recovery

· Awareness & Training: Promote security culture, develop training programs

· Management Consulting: Clearly present security risks and integrate them into business decisions

· Collaboration with external partners such as authorities, industry organizations, and service providers

· Protection of own AI systems against prompt injection, data leakage, and shadow IT

· Balance between security and agility of modern business processes
