IT Security Specialist Endpoint Security

Project overview

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist (m/f/d) Endpoint Security for a client as soon as possible to support them in the area of IT security and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Management and remediation of endpoint security vulnerabilities, as well as coordination of remediation measures and zero-day vulnerability responses
• Support and optimization of endpoint security measures, particularly access controls, full disk encryption, MFA, and endpoint protection
• Ensuring the secure management of Windows, macOS, and Android devices, as well as support in migrating GPOs to cloud-based endpoint management
• Monitoring of security monitoring and logging, as well as creation of security reports, audit evidence, and key figures; further development of security policies and configuration standards

Requirements

• Approx. 2-3 years of professional experience in endpoint security, client engineering, workplace technology, or IT security
• Practical experience with vulnerability management, privileged access controls, full disk encryption, MFA, and endpoint protection, as well as good knowledge of Windows client security and Windows Hello for Business
• Knowledge in managing macOS and Android devices, cloud-based endpoint management, and group policies is an advantage; experience with Change Auditor is desirable
• Good understanding of security baselines, compliance, and vulnerability remediation, as well as good English skills; German language skills are desirable
