Project overview
Our client based in Beith Ayrshire Scotland is looking for an experience Desktop Support Engineer for 2 mth's to start with to help out to support and troubleshoot all end user IT issues.
This will be 5 days onsite.
£200 a day Via an Umbrella Company.
The site is a bit remote and would require someone who can drive to site.
We would require someone with good desktop knowledge,
Device builds and day to day support with a little bit of networking knowledge they would have access to our team in the head office for support.
Provide support for a range of applications, including Windows 10/11, MS365, administration level in Exchange, OneDrive, Teams etc.
Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, both remotely and in person.
Take ownership of the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of complex incoming requests.
Prioritise and schedule advanced technical issues, with the ability to escalate when necessary.
Maintain thorough documentation throughout the problem-solving process, from initial request to resolution.
Utilise advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems effectively.
Conduct thorough post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
