- Refresh tasks in onsite support at the client location in the area of Windows Client and Android
- Ticket and data maintenance in the provided IT system
- Independent solution of support tasks in the customer area
- Execution of IT support work based on B/F, IMAC and H+E tickets
- Support with individual project orders
- Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Careful and appropriate communication with customers
- Mobility (driver's license class B/BE, or 3)
- Good German and ideally English language skills in speaking and writing
