IT Service Technician

Project overview

For a client in Frankfurt, we are currently looking for an IT Service Technician.

Responsibilities

– You will be responsible for support and installation tasks in onsite support at the client location in the area of end-user support for Windows.

– You will independently carry out IT support work based on submitted tickets and individual project orders and document them in the provided tools.

– In this context, you will process incidents in the client's incident management tool.

– You will work independently and responsibly on the client's premises in an airport environment.

– Our clients appreciate your commitment and good communication.

Requirements

– Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems

– Practical experience in supporting hardware and operating systems

– Experience in an airport environment

– Confident demeanor towards the client

– Careful and appropriate communication with clients

– Structured way of working (ticket and RFS based)

– Teamwork skills

– Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

– Mobility (driver's license class B/BE, or 3)

– Willingness to participate in on-call duty

– Reliability check according to §7 LuftSiG

– Lufthansa ID and Fraport ID are desirable
