IT Service Technician Onsite

Project overview

For a client in Hamburg, we are currently looking for two IT Service Technicians Onsite (m/f/d)

Area of Responsibility

– Provision of various IT services on behalf of our client in Hamburg

– Hardware rollout and IT workplace services for business users

– Onsite support for approx. 350 Windows clients

– Technical support for onboarding and offboarding

– Coordination with client contacts and colleagues in Augsburg and Hamburg

Requirements

– Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems

– Structured way of working (based on tickets and RFS)

– Good German and ideally English language skills, spoken and written

– High reliability and commitment

– Mobility (driver's license class B/BE, or 3)

Shift model Mon – Thu: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
