• Installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software solutions
• Independent analysis of disruptions in the IT landscape and development of suitable solutions
• Answering technical questions and support in IT support
• Documentation of work steps in the team
• Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Completed technical training or comparable previous experience in IT support
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• Solution-oriented communication with customers
• Careful and appropriate communication with customers
• Mobility (driver's license class B/BE, or 3)
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
