Project overview

The subject of the project is the support and further development of a group-wide application for user and identity management (IAM), through which the request and management of application roles in more than 1,400 systems takes place. The platform is based on the One Identity Manager (OIM), which has been adapted to specific company requirements through customizing. The internal IT service provider supports the specialist department in requirements specification and technical documentation.

Skills

• Collection, analysis, description, coordination, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements in the consulting area
• Specification of requirements using standard templates, natural language, and UML
• Creation of system documentation
• Creation and adaptation of technical documents (e.g., use cases / user stories, functional concepts, preliminary studies, functional system descriptions, functional service descriptions, functional interface descriptions, input/output layouts) in the consulting area
• Creation of functional specifications and ensuring that the chosen functional architecture can map current and foreseeable future requirements and scaling
• Revision of business processes (especially description and documentation) according to the client's decision
