Project Goal: Support the internal IT team in transitioning existing clients to Windows 11 as part of a time-limited on-site deployment in Vienna.

Responsibilities

Expected Outcome: Successfully executed roll-out of Windows 11 on existing PCs and laptops, a documented and handover-ready roll-out process, and fully set up and functional user environments.

Job Facts: Direct client project

• Support in the creation and optimization of a standardized Windows 11 image, including drivers, basic software, and required configurations
• Testing the image on selected devices and verifying hardware and software compatibility
• Identification and resolution of problems related to installation, configuration, and operation
• Support in planning and executing the roll-out to existing PCs and laptops
• Installation or conversion of devices, setup of the user environment, and verification of functionality
• Ensuring that required applications, network access, printers, and peripheral devices function correctly
• Documentation of procedures, test results, and encountered problems
• Coordination with the internal IT team and support in handing over the roll-out process
