IT Support & Workplace Services Employee

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support employee for our location in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users with technical challenges and will significantly contribute to maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Your tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices. You will provide first-level and on-site support for hardware and software problems, manage Windows client systems, and process incidents and service requests via our ticketing system. Furthermore, you will support users in using Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, carry out data migrations, and manage backup and restore processes. You will also manage printers, multifunction devices, and meeting room technology, and assist with workplace moves, hardware replacements, and cabling work.

For this position, you should have a successfully completed IT training or comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in first-level, on-site, or workplace support and possess good knowledge of Windows client systems. Practical experience in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, in using ticketing systems, and in processing incidents is required. Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment and experience with data migration, backup, and restore complete your profile. Good German language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.
