IT Supporter 1st Level

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Supporter for 1st level support at our Berlin location. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid work model and to develop further in a dynamic IT environment.

Your tasks include receiving, analyzing, and processing service requests and incident reports. You will perform error diagnoses and resolve hardware and software problems in both local and remote support. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of workplace systems, applications, and peripherals.

Your further responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, as well as supporting the setup and administration of network components. You will maintain and further develop system documentation and support asset management.

We expect a completed vocational training or a degree in computer science or information technology, as well as several years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk. Practical experience with remote desktop solutions and IT ticketing systems is required. Basic knowledge of networks, IT infrastructures, IT security, and data protection is necessary.

You should be proficient with common operating systems and office applications. Programming skills in PowerShell, JavaScript, or PHP are advantageous. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
