Job description
Seeking an IT Supporter to provide on-site support for laptops, desktops, and various devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. The role requires experience in IT hardware, UC/VC systems, and client management.
Project overview
We are currently looking for support for one of our major clients who meets the following requirements:
Responsibilities
- Support of laptops, desktops, thin clients, peripherals, and smart devices
- Support of industrial devices, digital signage, kiosk, and A/V systems
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT end devices
- Installation and uninstallation of UC/VC gateways and servers (Cisco, Avaya, Audiocodes, Microsoft)
- Execution of updates, patches, and client installations
- On-site support, resident engineering, and 3rd level support
- Onboarding of IT infrastructures and locations
- Network connections, event support, and forensic client backup
Requirements

- Experience in IT on-site support and field service
- Knowledge of IT hardware, end devices, and peripherals
- Experience with UC/VC systems, kiosk systems, and A/V technology
- Knowledge of client imaging, software installation, and patch management
- Basic knowledge of network technology and IT infrastructure
- Experience with Cisco, Avaya, Audiocodes, or Microsoft is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working
