• Administration, support, and further development of Windows and Linux server landscapes (e.g., Red Hat)
• Processing of service requests and incidents within IT operations using established ticket and service management systems
• Conception, implementation, and support of server clusters and central platform services
• Ensuring stable data center operations, including monitoring and error analysis
• Provisioning, administration, and optimization of virtual environments and database-related services
• Planning and execution of software deployments using common deployment solutions, such as SCCM
• Creation, management, and optimization of Group Policies (GPOs) and automation of administrative tasks with PowerShell scripts

• Basic experience with Linux systems, ideally Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Practical knowledge in software deployment and client management with Microsoft SCCM or comparable solutions
• Know-how in the configuration, administration, and optimization of Group Policies (GPOs) within Active Directory environments
• Competence in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Experience in the operation and support of IT infrastructures in a data center environment
• Understanding of operational, support, and service processes in the context of server and platform services
• Certification such as Microsoft MCSE or a comparable qualification is advantageous
• Very good German and English skills for working with technical documentation, knowledge bases, and manufacturer documentation
