Project overview
The ITSM Application Manager is responsible for the administration, operational maintenance, and evolution of the IT service management platform.
He/She guarantees the functional and technical consistency of the solution. He/She supports teams in adopting the tools, optimizes ITSM processes, and manages developments to improve the quality, performance, and efficiency of IT services.
He/She works in coordination with technical teams, business units, and various IT department stakeholders to make the ITSM platform a central tool for service management and steering.
