Project overview

Dear colleagues,

We are looking for a technical ITSM Consultant:

Responsibilities

• Consulting, setup, and customization of ITIL-based service management solutions
• Analysis, design, and implementation of ITSM processes
• Automation, orchestration, and integration of solutions in Linux and Windows environments
• Implementation of service process requirements and development of interfaces (SOAP, REST/Webservices)
• Further development of integration methods, third-level support, and creation of technical documentation

Requirements

Framework conditions:

• Very good knowledge of Linux and Windows scripting (Shell, CMD, VBS etc.)
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows, virtualization, and cluster systems
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), HTML, JavaScript, XML/XSL, and object-oriented software development
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, JavaScript, or JSP
• Experience in service management, ideally with CA Broadcom Service Desk Manager, USU Service Management, or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and client-server architectures
• Good German and English language skills, as well as strong communication and documentation skills.
