Contract role in Amsterdam for an experienced ITSM Implementation/Transition Lead to drive the implementation phase of ITSM service delivery models. The role focuses on establishing governance (including RACI), leading migration and integration activities, coordinating stakeholders to align with business objectives, and monitoring/reporting delivery progress. Strong ITSM process/framework knowledge and proven project management capability are essential; cloud-based ITSM exposure, Agile knowledge, data analytics for service delivery, change management, and ITIL certification are beneficial.
