ITX Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for an ITX Specialist (m/f/d) to support a long-term project within the banking sector. You will work within a central Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) environment supporting, among other areas, business-critical payment processes. The environment is primarily based on IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX)
• Analyse and understand existing ITX processes and integrations
• Support the operation and stabilisation of the integration platform
• Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution
• Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
• Provide recommendations and contribute best practices
• Support knowledge transfer and strengthen ITX expertise within the team
• Collaborate closely with experienced ITX and integration specialists

Requirements

Seniority: We are open to Junior, Mid-level and Senior profiles. The key factor is practical ITX/WTX knowledge and the motivation to further develop your expertise.

Environment: Banking | Enterprise Integration | ITX | IBM MQ | ACE | Payments

• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX) or IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX)
• Experience within integration or EAI environments
• Knowledge of IBM MQ and/or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) is advantageous
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting or integration platforms is beneficial
• Previous experience within banking or payments is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to question existing approaches and suggest improvements
