Job description
We are looking for a support person to administer and manage the Ivanti DSM 7 software deployment infrastructure, create and deploy software packages, and handle OS deployment and hardware troubleshooting.
Project overview
For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for support that meets the following requirements:
Responsibilities
- Administration and management of the Ivanti DSM 7 software deployment infrastructure
- Creation, packaging, and deployment of software packages
- Support and optimization of software deployment processes
- Provision and maintenance of operating system installation procedures
- Management and integration of end-device drivers
- Analysis and resolution of complex hardware problems, especially in the BIOS/UEFI area
- Technical consulting and troubleshooting in the area of workplace systems
Requirements

- Sound practical experience with Ivanti DSM 7
- Good knowledge of Microsoft MECM and Microsoft Intune
- Experience in software packaging and automated software distribution

- In-depth knowledge in the area of BIOS/UEFI and hardware troubleshooting
- Location 50% remote/50% on-site in Hannover
