Seeking a Jahia Architect / Tech Lead for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort, France. The role involves defining and evolving the Jahia platform architecture, ensuring performance and security, and guiding development teams.

We are looking for a Jahia Architect / Tech Lead for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.
Context
Our client relies on Jahia for its digital sites and experiences. They are looking for an expert capable of owning the platform architecture, ensuring its performance and security, and supporting development teams in its evolution, including hosting and modernization choices.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the Jahia technical architecture (Jahia 8, clustering, multi-site and multilingual environments)
Design and supervise the development of modules (Java, OSGi, Spring, JCR), and headless approaches (GraphQL API, decoupled front-end)
Manage version upgrades and migrations (Jahia 7 to 8, module refactoring)
Integrate Jahia into the IS: SSO / directories (SAML, OIDC, LDAP), search engine (Elasticsearch), CDP (jCustomer), DAM, marketing tools
Ensure performance, availability, and security: caching, CDN, JVM tuning, monitoring, vulnerability management
Advise on hosting strategy: Jahia Cloud (editor's managed offering), on-premise or containerized (Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift), with cost and exploitability analysis
Implement the CI/CD pipeline and support teams (code reviews, best practices, documentation)
Profile
Significant experience (5 years or more) with Jahia, including at least an architect or technical lead role
Solid mastery of Java / J2EE, OSGi, JCR (Jackrabbit), Spring
Experience with Jahia version upgrades and deploying high-traffic platforms
Knowledge of headless architectures and GraphQL APIs
Good DevOps culture: Docker, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins), monitoring
Ability to justify architectural choices to business, infrastructure, and security teams
Assets
Jahia certification (Developer, Architect)
Experience with Jahia Cloud or in a Kubernetes / OpenShift environment
Knowledge of jCustomer / Apache Unomi and personalization issues
Experience with another DXP or Java CMS (AEM, Liferay, Magnolia), useful for perspective
