A leading technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Java AWS Application Developer to support a large-scale application refactoring and cloud migration programme. Working within a multi-team delivery environment, you will contribute to the modernization and migration of critical business applications to AWS.
Your new role
As a Java AWS Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing, refactoring, and migrating Java applications to AWS. You will work closely with programme and technical teams to design, develop, and enhance application components, ensuring successful delivery of migration activities within a large-scale transformation programme.

- Strong commercial experience in Java development.
- Proven experience developing Java applications being migrated to AWS.
- Experience with application refactoring and migration projects.
- Strong application design and development skills.
- Experience working within large-scale technology programmes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and stakeholder teams.
- Must be UK-based with a minimum of 5 years' UK residency.
- Ability to complete required background and client clearance checks.
- Opportunity to work on a major cloud migration and modernization programme.
