Java Developer Spring Boot and Apache Camel

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Java developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Spring Boot and Apache Camel for the development and implementation of enterprise application integration solutions. The project runs remotely with optional on-site appointments and is limited until the end of 2027.

Responsibilities

You will develop and implement EAI interfaces between various systems, including form servers, tax procedures, and other business applications. You will configure complex integration solutions and implement business logic. You will work on connecting multiple systems, carry out interface renewals, and independently coordinate implementation-relevant details with interface partners.

Requirements

Framework:

Part-time position with approx. 4 days per week. Estimated volume: 180 person-days (30 PD in 2026, 150 PD in 2027).

• Several years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel
• Sound knowledge in interface development
• Experience with Maven and container infrastructure
• Several years of experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Confident handling of Git and GitLab
• Familiarity with common development tools (IntelliJ, VS-Code)
• Experience with agile development models (Scrum)
