Java Full-Stack Developer/ eBanking / Java / Kotlin / 100%/ ZH

Project: For an agile DevOps team of a bank client, we are looking for an experienced Java Full-Stack Engineer. You will work on five business-critical eBanking applications and continuously develop the bank's digital customer interface. Start 01.11.2026 for 24 months in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Development and further development of modern eBanking applications with Java, Spring, JPA, and Kotlin
• Development of frontend components with Angular
• Working with Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Development and operation of services on Kubernetes
• Co-designing the architecture of internet-exposed and highly critical services
• Implementation of modern architectural principles such as Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, Resilience, Security, and Observability
• Ensuring performance, stability, and high availability
• Collaboration in an agile environment with SAFe, Scrum, TDD, as well as Pair/Mob Programming

• Many years of professional experience in software development (10 years +)
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring, JPA, Kotlin, and Angular

• Practical experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in the software architecture of internet-exposed services
• Understanding of security, resilience, performance, and observability
• Team-oriented and independent way of working
• German: C2
• English: B2
