Job description
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades in the structural work phase of residential construction projects. Ensure quality, deadlines, and safety on site.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Coordination and alignment of the deployed subcontractors and trades in the structural work
- Organization and control of daily workflows on the construction site
- Coordination of interfaces between individual subcontractors and project management
- Monitoring of execution regarding quality, deadlines, and agreed services
- Control of construction progress and comparison with the construction schedule
- Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment deployment of the involved trades
- Execution and documentation of quality controls
- Identification and documentation of defects as well as follow-up on defect rectification
- Implementation and monitoring of specifications for occupational safety, order, and site organization
- Participation in site meetings and dissemination of relevant information to the involved subcontractors
- Relevant expertise in structural work for residential construction
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors
- Very good German language skills
