Morning is looking for a freelance Junior Analytics Engineer to join their data team of 3 people. The role involves ensuring the reliability and evolution of the Data Platform, providing reliable data and actionable indicators to business and finance teams, and contributing to cross-functional projects in automation, cloud, and AI.

Morning designs workspaces to enable companies and their teams to have a good working day. To support the evolution of our data platform, used by all group teams, we are looking for a freelancer to strengthen our data team of 3 people.

- Ensure the reliability and evolution of the Data Platform
- Provide business and finance teams with reliable data and actionable indicators
- Contribute to cross-functional projects in automation, cloud, and AI
- Gathering and qualifying the needs of business teams, in order to deliver data adapted to their operational and decision-making challenges
- Design, modeling, and transformation of data in SQL and dbt
- Development and optimization of the Data Platform: creation and structuring of tables, performance improvement, model maintenance
- Data governance: implementation of tests and alerts, both for data and business sides, and documentation of tables to make them usable by AI tools
- Automation of operational processes for different teams, with pragmatic solutions
- Provision of KPIs and support for teams in data usage, via Metabase, Snowflake, and Nao
