About Experis Academy

Experis Academy is our career program for those who want to accelerate their development in some of the market's most in-demand competence areas.

The program begins with a two-month training, where you will gain the knowledge, methods, and tools required to succeed in the role of Configuration Manager. The training is designed to provide you with a strong foundation before you move on to the assignment.

After completing the training, you will start a 12-month consulting assignment at a company in the defense industry in Linköping. There, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice, work closely with experienced specialists, and develop in an organization that works with advanced technology and long-term projects.

You will be employed by Experis from day one and will receive support from both a consultant manager and the Academy team throughout the journey.

About the role

As a Configuration Manager, you are responsible for creating and maintaining structure, traceability, and control throughout the entire product lifecycle. You ensure that changes to products and systems are documented, followed up, and can be reproduced over time.

The role involves many points of contact where you collaborate with project managers, system engineers, product managers, and other key functions to ensure that the right information is available at the right time.

You will work in a complex technical environment where quality, accuracy, and long-term perspective are the focus.

• Ensure traceability and control of changes
• Work with product data throughout the product's lifecycle
• Support projects and technical teams in configuration management
